Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains what information ScoreHub (the "site") collects when you use it, and how it is used. You do not need an account to use the site, and we do not ask for your name or email address.

Information we handle

• Your timezone and starred matches. Your browser stores your timezone offset and the matches you star in its own local storage, on your device. Your timezone is sent to our server so times can be shown in your local time.
• Goal alerts (optional). If you turn on goal alerts, your browser gives us a push-notification address and we store it, together with the match numbers you starred, so we can send you a notification when a goal is scored. You can turn alerts off at any time on the site or in your browser settings, and the stored address is then no longer used.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the site.

Advertising and cookies

We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform.

• Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
• Where required (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we ask for your consent before using cookies for personalised ads.

Third-party content

Match highlights are embedded from YouTube (using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com address). When a video plays, YouTube may collect information about you under Google's Privacy Policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Team crests and score data are fetched from sports data providers by our server, not by your browser, but crest images may be loaded from the provider's servers.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the services needed to run the site (hosting, advertising and the services listed above) or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Clear the site's data in your browser settings to remove your timezone and starred matches.
• Turn off notifications for this site in your browser to stop goal alerts.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site's scores will still work.

Children

ScoreHub is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions about privacy can be sent through the Contact page.
